About
Debut & early success
Callum Devine began his rally career at just 15, competing in Rally Sport Association events before progressing through karting and into rallying. At 17, he made his debut on the Donegal International Rally junior section and went on to achieve his first major success in 2016, winning the Front-Wheel Drive and R2 Drivers titles in the Irish Tarmac Championship.
British Junior Rally Championship
He then progressed to the British Junior Rally Championship, where he claimed the championship title and also received the prestigious Billy Coleman Award at the end of 2017 season. This success propelled him into the Junior World Rally Championship, where he finished an impressive fourth overall with multiple stage wins.
ERC & driver of the year
Stepping up to Rally2 machinery in 2019, Callum returned to Irish Rallying and secured his first outright rally victory at the Donegal harvest Rally. Callum competed in the European Rally Championship as part of the Hyundai Junior Driver Programme where he had a standout debut finishing third overall in Rally Hungary with Hyundai Motorsport and motorsport Ireland backed car. The year ended when he won the prestigious International Driver of the Year award.
Recent Success
Since his return to Irish Tarmac championship he has won titles in both 2023 and 2025 in a Volkswagen Polo GTI and Skoda Fabia RS.
Alongside co-driver Noel O’Sullivan, Callum holds the record for most consecutive wins at the Killarney Rally of the Lakes, has 25 career victories, and three consecutive Donegal International Rally wins, cementing his status as one of Ireland’s leading rally drivers.
